Counselling sits under your Improved Daily Living Skills budget. We'll confirm your plan has funding allocated before your first session.

We meet in person or via telehealth, and the session runs the same as any other counselling — focused on your goals.

Depending on how your plan is managed (NDIA-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed), the claim is submitted through the portal, invoiced to your plan manager, or paid upfront and reimbursed.
How It Works?

No referral is required to access counselling through your NDIS plan — you just need funding allocated under Improved Daily Living Skills.

If funding is unavailable, we will provide invoices for the cost of the session.

📌 Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. However, as a small practice with a large client waitlist, late cancellations prevent other clients from accessing appointments.
We send several appointment reminders, including one before your appointment, to help you avoid late cancellation fees.
We have a strict 4-day (96-hour) cancellation policy.
Cancellations made within 96 hours of your appointment — including no-shows — will incur the full session fee.
