About Us – Psychotherapy in North Fitzroy & Online Nationwide

About Lette

I draw on Māori worldview and values, Indigenous knowledge, and somatic practices to help people find meaning, connection, and resilience. As Takatāpui (Two-Spirited, LGBTIQA+), I create safe, affirming spaces where every story is respected.

My Approach

  • Collaborative – therapy as a partnership, not a fix.

  • Safe & inclusive – your culture, identity, and lived experience are central.

  • Body–mind connection – exploring how experiences live in the body.

My Journey

As a late-diagnosed neurodiverse therapist, I combine lived experience with Leadership and Organisational Coaching. My path has included Indigenous practices, somatic therapies, meditation, and leadership development before opening my private practice nearly over 10 years ago.
