Discover the benefits of Somatic Psychotherapy.

Somatic psychotherapy offers a unique approach, distinct from talk therapy. It doesn't just involve discussing your thoughts, feelings, and emotions, but also explores where they might be stuck within your body.

Your body remembers what your mind may forget.

One of the fascinating things about your body is that it continually hints and manages to remind you of all the ways you can reconnect with yourself…

Is your body asking for change?

Your body contains wisdom, and sometimes it communicates through tension, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm.

Here’s how it might signal the need for something different.

Break free from people-pleasing and start honouring your own needs and boundaries.

Release what feels stuck — emotionally, physically, or energetically — and reconnect with a sense of lightness and flow.

Let go of built-up stress and tension stored in your body, gently and safely.

Understand your nervous system’s response to stress so that you can move from survival mode to regulation, at your own pace, with deep self-trust.

This is the beginning of listening to your body, reclaiming your truth, and stepping into healing.

I believe we each carry unspoken stories that still long to be heard and witnessed.
I know that when I find myself in a place of  pain,  it is finding a wound, where the light can enter.
My practice is shaped by my lived experiences of sensory awareness neurodiverse knowing, LGBTIQA+ identity, my cultural and Indigenous worldview, my generational and intergenerational trauma, and the impacts being a survivor of assaults, family violence and fundamentalist.
However, I know that when I find myself in a place of  pain,  the wound, is a place where the light can enter.
Working together is a collaborative, non-pathologising process. We move at your pace, exploring what’s beneath the surface with gentleness and respect.
Together, we’ll cultivate self-trust, deepen connection, and support your return to a greater sense of ease in your life.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land we gather on, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to their Elders, past, present, and emerging, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples who have made significant contributions to this community. This always was and always will be Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander land, and sovereignty has never been ceded. Our practice recognises the experience and contribution of people from all cultures, genders, sexualities, bodies, abilities, spiritualities, ages, and backgrounds.
