Initial Session

Initial sessions, lasting over 60+ minutes, serve as a reflective journey into your present state and the circumstances that led you to seek psychotherapy.

They are an opportunity to explore your innermost aspirations, the processes you wish to engage with, and to examine the internal and external barriers you have encountered along your path.

Depending on the time of sessions $180

Free Call

It begins with a free call from Lette. She will then work with you to understand your needs, and if a mutual agreement is reached, she will send you a client form along with access to an online booking platform. From there, you can book your first session.

Ongoing Sessions

Ongoing sessions last up to 50 minutes.

They begin with a recap of the previous session(s) and then explore the next phases, guiding where the journey might lead.

These sessions serve as reminders of what has happened and what is possible, and it is up to the team to decide at any stage.

Hypnotherapy and trance

Hypnotherapy is a state of taking you on a journey into your own space It’s your own trance, where you are led to explore your inner self.

About Fees and Rebates

At present, counsellors and psychotherapists in Australia are not eligible for Medicare rebates. While this means sessions are not claimable under Medicare, we are committed to making therapy as accessible and affordable as possible.

We keep our fees lower than many other mental health professionals, and offer concession rates for students, pension card holders, and NDIS participants (nationwide via telehealth).
